At our facilities, we offer individual storage units for rent, also known at self-storage, public storage, RV & Boat Storage, mini storage or a storage shed. Our units are safe, secure, conveniently located. We pair our units with modern technology to manage your commercial or residential storage needs. We do not offer truck rental or outdoor parking for vehicles.

Office hours are by appointment only, but you can rent online anytime on our Units page. Email capestorage421@gmail.com or call 573-335-3382 to make an appointment or for any assistance you might need.

No. You will pay each month, in advance, for the month as it becomes due. You can stay for a month or a year, your rental will always be “month to month”.

No. The only extra fee you may incur is a $20 late fee that is assessed if your unit is more than 5 days overdue.

For your convenience, rentals are set up with a credit card on file. Your card is automatically billed at the beginning of each rental period. You can manage or update your credit card online.

When you initiate a rental, you can select the date you wish to move in. This will be your rental start date. You will be billed in advance for your first month, and then you will be billed automatically again each month on your rental start date anniversary. Note we do not charge any deposit or rental initiation fees. We do not give refunds for partially unused months.

Yes, all self-storage is always “at your own risk” and so you are responsible to insure your property. Our insurance covers our building but does not cover your property. You retain full ownership of your property (unless you go into default), and we recommend you protect it with insurance.

Yes.

We offer 12x50, 12x40, 12x30, 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20 units. The larger units have a 12x14 door and the 10x units are a full 9' wide.

A 10x10 unit can hold the contents of a typical one bedroom apartment including furniture, appliances, and boxes. A 10x15 unit can the contents of a typical two bedroom apartment of even a small house. A 10x20 unit is large enough to hold the contents of a two bedroom house, garage, or vehicle.
